The traditional green Genoa pesto is a national treasure with ancient origins. Its main ingredient is PDO Basil and is still made today with a few, rich in taste ingredients
We have created a recipe with sunflower oil, more delicate than extra virgin olive oil, and perfect for enhancing all the other ingredients; basil, pecorino, cashews, pine nuts make a thick texture while garlic gives a final touch of taste. Strong flavor, unmistakable scent and green color are the elements that characterize our sauce.
