Perfect combination of tradition and flavour, it is the result of a careful selection of different cultivars, all grown and pressed in Italy. The olives harvested at the right degree of ripeness are processed with traditional techniques and immediately cold pressed. The Italian brings to the table all the oil tradition of our peninsula, with a genuine aroma and a fruity and balanced taste with delicate aromatic notes.
